This long established Trust & fiduciary services provider is seeking to recruit a Trust Manager to join its Geneva operations hub.
Working from their office in the heart of the Geneva, the Trust Manager assists the local Managing Director in meeting the needs and objectives of trust and offshore investment clients. Besides being responsible for a diverse portfolio of the companies most wealthy clients and their respective fiduciary requirements the Trust Manager assists the Managing Director and will often deputise in his absence.
At the heart of the duties for this well paid Geneva Trust job is the management of a team of trust administrators, including recruitment of new hires, day to day supervising and developing their individual skills and competences. Coupled with that you will ensure adequate procedures, controls, processes and reviews are in place for the effective administration of trusts and companies. The ultimate responsibility for overseeing billing and fee collection from clients is entrusted to you as well. Finally you will be managing a select portfolio of trusts and companies, including preparing reports and meeting with clients.
To be considered for the Trust Manager Geneva vacancy you should have at least three years experience in administration of trusts and corporate structures, as well as ability to manage and supervise staff. You will hold an academic / professional legal qualification, ICSA membership or similar. Lastly you will have excellent English language skills (both oral and written) essential and French. In light of the make up of the customer base it would be beneficial if you had Spanish as well.
