Junior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager - Fund Job in Switzerland

This St Gallen based investment manager is seeking to increase its Portfolio management team by recruiting a Junior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager.

This is one of the oldest investment houses in Switzerland, who have built a substantial practice over the years.

The Junior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager is an excellent starting investment management job. The main responsibilities include are centred upon the management of bond mandates and support in monitoring the credit quality of issuers.

In this well paid fund job you manage bond portfolios that are sometimes given a quantitatively controlled derivatives overlay. In addition, you will monitor the creditworthiness of bond issuers.

To be considered you should be university educated, in a numerate degree and also have fluent English and German.

You should be interested in economics, investments and banking. Individuals with some exposure to reading balance sheets will be encouraged.
