Large national financial services provider is looking to recruit a Head of Finance Operations to be based at their Bern HQ.

This organisation offers innovative financial services products for the Swiss and German markets. They have an ever increasingly volume of customers and business attracted due to their ever growing range of innovative retail banking products. The Head of Finance Operations supervises the back office accounting departments. They undertake a range of duties including accounting, controlling, and the investment of client funds. In this well paid Swiss Accountancy job you will be taking control of the 'Services Finance' area and working with the teams in the 'Mid-/Back office treasury', 'finance systems' and 'internal control'. You will be given overall responsibility for the processing of all treasury transactions and the development of the processes and interfaces in conjunction with computer science and financial market infrastructure.

To be considered for the Head of Finance Operations you will be an accountancy professional who is currently employed by a financial services company in a similar position. You will have a higher education in business administration (university, FH), and sound knowledge in the areas of securities administration and financial systems and expertise in computer science and project issues. The successful applicant will be an experienced leader, with well developed awareness of their personal responsibility and commitment. They will be conceptually strong, and used to implement their own ideas.
