This Swiss international asset manager and bank is recruiting an Emerging Markets Debt Analyst to join its Zurich based Products & Services team.
The Emerging Markets Debt Analyst is a specialist position, requiring a specific sub set of skills and excellent intellectual standards. The Emerging Markets Debt Analyst is responsible for the sovereign and corporate credit analysis of Emerging Market debt markets and instruments. Needless to say this is an increasingly important area of the banks overall investment strategy. They will be responsible for the selection and monitoring of Emerging Market debt instruments and portfolio exposures. It falls with in this experts remit to generate high quality investment, trading and switch ideas to the fund managers of the Emerging Market Bond Fund and the Local Currencies Fund (portfolio implementation). Finally as the funds main expert in this area they will present the banks view on Emerging Market dept markets and portfolio strategy to both internal and external clients. This will involve preparing content for presentations, publications and RFP's.
To be considered for this exciting, intellectually challenging and well paid Zurich banking job you will need to have a wealth of experience in Credit Analysis and Fixed Income markets. It is expected that you will have at least three years sound professional experience from a designated specific area i.e. as a Credit Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Bond Trader or FI Sales & Execution. Likewise professional qualifications such as AZEK, CFA or the equivalent are welcomed. Lastly you must have good written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
