This international asset manager and private bank is looking to recruit a Credit Analyst to join its risk & exposures team. This Swiss banking job is based in Geneva.
The Credit Analyst is tasked with creating detailed and sound analysis that is based on rating and balance sheet analysis from the parent company. With in that overall remit in you can expect to undertake risk assessment on all the sub-groups, as well as in the regular monitoring and adjustment of the total loan portfolio strategy. It will also fall within your duties to appreciate risk vehicles placement order and calculate their advance values. In this well paid Geneva banking job you can expect to be asked to manage the master sheets (including implementation of new counter-parties and risk levels). As Credit Analyst you can also expect to undertake qualitative review of all counter-parties and have responsibility for credit assessment of current and potential capital market issuers. You will also perform daily monitoring of credit, their blankets and large exposures and flag, follow and assist in the rectification of any regularization abnormalities. In this Swiss banking job you will be involved in the credit rating of capital market issuers and have to prepare periodic reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
To be considered for the Credit Analyst vacancy you should have a minimum of five years experience in credit operations, including aspects of Legal and regulatory. Coupled with this you will have extensive know-how about the international capital markets (bonds, equities, derivatives etc) and will understand how create structured research that can be employed across the bank. Finally you must speak fluent French and English.
