Compliance Officer - Fund Job in Switzerland

A new Compliance Recruitment requirement has come from this rapidly expanding fund managers Pfäffikon head office, in that they are seeking a new Compliance Officer.

Covering traditional asset management the Compliance officer, should you be successful in your application you will be responsible for all compliance matters of Capital Management team.

You will coordinate with the compliance departments at group level and will report to both the Chief Operations Officer of the Capital Management department and the head of Group Compliance. You can also expect to work closely with the Legal Team.

Besides implementing and setting the companies Compliance policies you will be charged with examining fund prospectuses, sales and other marketing materials – to ensure their Compliance with both Swiss and International regulations.

To be considered for the Compliance Officer job it is expected you will hold a degree in Law and have at least five years professional experience, including at least two years as a Compliance Officer, preferably (although in no way restricted to) with a fund manager. You will also need substantial experience in the asset management industry, ideally in the investment / Investment fund sector.

Finally you need to be fluent in both German and English.
